See it free before you pay

Every book starts with a free preview of the cover and the first page, so you can see what you are getting before you pay anything.

Free redo if it doesn't look like them

If the pictures don't look like your child (or your grown-up or pet), email hello@fableby.ai within 30 days of receiving your book. We will redraw it for free. For printed books we will reprint it for free once you are happy with the new version.

Damaged, misprinted, late or lost

If a printed book arrives damaged or misprinted, or a parcel goes missing, email us with your order number and a photo if you can. We will reprint and resend it free, or give you a refund if you prefer. You don't need to send the book back.

Digital books

If your digital book won't download or open, tell us and we will fix it. If we can't, we will refund you.

Change of mind

Each book is made just for one person, so we can't offer refunds if you simply change your mind once your book has been made. You can upgrade a digital book to a printed one within 30 days: reply to your book email and we will send you a code for the digital price off a printed copy.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and for a minor failure we will fix it within a reasonable time.

Email hello@fableby.ai with your order number and the name on the book. We reply within 1 business day.
